Small fry for clever people!

Not for me,takes me a while! Today I discovered how to send pictures from my phone in my garden, to my computer in the house. Then I found out how to send sound files that I had recorded on my phone. Then I discovered how to send sound files from my computer to my phone. Then I found how to send documents to my phone and vice versa, and how to see them properly. A eureka moment! Now thinking.....clever stuff....classroom. Mmmmmmmm

Looks like a tropical pardise you have there. Took some snaps of my garden-not with my phone...it doesn't do that. Mustpost them on my blog

Hi Marilyn, I've not really got into Flickr for precisely that reason - so much stuff seems to get blocked by LEA filters. In my last school (before becoming a consultant) we used a commercial ISP instead of the LEA (much to their disgust. But while everybody else had problem after problem, we just sailed serenely on! John

PS. My del, icio.us site has some good free stuff on http://del.icio.us/creativeict

Forgot to mention that Campbeltown is the home of my favourite malt whisky: Springbank! Also, while I am rambling, where do you find the tool to make the neat Flickr display on your blog. I tried looking at Flickr, but couldn't find it.

Hi John,
If you hover at the bottom of the Flickr badge, a little drop down link appears, offering the opportunity to make a badge. If you sign up for Flickr you will be given your own home page. Anyway, click organise and various options appear. Mine was an html badge which I copied into the blog sidebar html, but there are others. The tools link offers further options to allow you download a free uploader application which then means you can do a bit of gathering etc offline if nec.
As to the Springbank...just missed the boat there. My son, who got fab staff discount, just left. He collects rare bottlings. Have you joined the Springbank Society? They have a website,as do the distillery.

My S3 boys showed me how to use bluetooth and sent me the Indian Crazy Frog - I'm thinking I could send them a little listening homework in return!

Haven't yet been able to send pictures or get online - apparently need to register for that and can't follow instructions on vodaphone site - back to the boys I think!
